With over three decades of experience he has amassed a wealth of knowledge and has even been called upon to create a cross for Pope Francis consisting of inlaid Dogwood and the Philadelphia skyline. He was also asked to repair three Monstrances belonging to St. Katharine Drexel which are housed by the Convent of Divine Love.
Robert is a graduate of the Gemological Institute of America as of April 21st 1993. Additionally he has won 'Business Man of the Year' in 2006. He also has the credit of 2006 'National Leadership Award' and 2008 Presidential Commission Award. He has been featured on Fox News and NBC 3 multiple times and was instrumental in starting the scrap industry. Alterations, Cleaning, Repairs, Insurance.
We have a Master Craftsman in store who does all of our repairs and resizing, he can fix most items the same day. Please see our repairs page to contact us regarding prices. The cost of repairs is dependant on the time taken and materials used. If you have lost a stone in a ring we can source a new stone for you and set it so that it is secure. We also clean items as you wait - free of charge!
When buying an item that will last you a life time it makes sense to have the value appraised and insure it for the right amount. We offer both services in store and can get you signed up with Jewelers Mutual Insurance to cover the cost of all scenarios. You are covered for everything including theft, loss, disappearance & damage .
